Popped in because I needed to be a grown up and eat dinner before getting cookies across the street. It was a quick visit which was great for my first time there. The restaurant is on the smallish side with about 10 tables crammed onto one side. The tables were pretty tight and I witnessed people trying to squeeze between them to pick up their food from the counter. The menu is short and easy to navigate. This hot chicken place is amazing. The chicken was cooked perfectly: no dry parts, all moist. The spiciness is addicting. I got the 2 tenders with fries combo. The fries didn't need sauce at all; they almost remind me of Rally's fries. You're able to change the level of spiciness of the chicken. I chose very hot (one level down from the max), and it makes me want to try the max spiciness level. I was deeply disappointed by the customer service during my visit to Dave's Hot Chicken the manager was visibly dismissive toward guests, and the overall pace of service was unacceptably slow due to a clear lack of leadership

Came here for the hot mozz sticks and ended up adding chicken nugget flight too (which was overpriced). My gf and I both came out with a terrible stomach ache and the runs the next morning. Definetely did not make my work day pleasant. It was the only thing I ate last night too so I know this was what caused it. Told Dave's customer service about it and Jorge texted me saying "thank you, well let the team know" kinda reply

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The service here is absolutely horrible. Where to start... As I was waiting in line, one of the customers was trying to change their order (as they were placing it). The cash needed the managers help for something and the manager told her "I don't have time for this sh#t." Then at the close out of my order I was entering my phone number for the rewards and the cashier cleared the screen. When I told her I was entering my number she just gave me this "so?" type of look. I haven't even tried my food yet and I know I will never come back to this restaurant. The young man working the register was extremely nice and helpful. After my order was ready I was called to the front and the girl that put my order in the bag asked if I wanted a sauce.
