We came on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00 PM, hoping for a quick order to go. 2x Sliders with Fries Combo ($13.99) - 3.75/5 Two Chick-fil-A size sandwiches with a Small-Medium quantity of fries. The dry rub comes on both the chicken and fries. Chicken: Sizeable and well flavored with their dry rub. Good smokiness to it. Fries: Crinkle cut, standard. Don't let anyone tell you different! The HOT is hot, just a dry rub instead of wet. Chicken was very juicy.

I finally tried Dave's Hot Chicken! Walking in, I noticed that the cashier was doing alot. She was the only one up front taking orders, grabbing them from the counter and handing them out. Even though she was the only one, she was upbeat and friendly and kept things moving, even though there was a steady stream of people coming in. Unfortunately, it took over 20 minutes for me to get my food and I watched people get their food in 5-10, so that was dissappointing. Came here for the hot mozz sticks and ended up adding chicken nugget flight too (which was overpriced). My gf and I both came out with a terrible stomach ache and the runs the next morning. Definetely did not make my work day pleasant. It was the only thing I ate last night too so I know this was what caused it. Told Dave's customer service about it and Jorge texted me saying "thank you, well let the team know" kinda reply

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The service here is absolutely horrible. Where to start... As I was waiting in line, one of the customers was trying to change their order (as they were placing it). The cash needed the managers help for something and the manager told her "I don't have time for this sh#t." Then at the close out of my order I was entering my phone number for the rewards and the cashier cleared the screen. When I told her I was entering my number she just gave me this "so?" type of look. I haven't even tried my food yet and I know I will never come back to this restaurant. The young man working the register was extremely nice and helpful. After my order was ready I was called to the front and the girl that put my order in the bag asked if I wanted a sauce. Bought family box & gave tip to receive BAD SERVICE Not only did I have wait over 35 mins but they did the wrong flavors & put cold slaw when gave us the food. Did not want refund & didn't even tell us they couldn't make modification to sandwich before ordering

Worst service I've ever received from any restaurant in my life. The slowest and most disorganized service. Me and 1 other person in the entire restaurant and they still have an extremely difficult time. Don't recommend if you value your time and want good food
