We came here after having a bad experience at Gus's Fried Chicken (food was over cooked and borderline inedible, plus our server was extremely rude). But Dave's: the food is quick, fresh and DELISH--and the employees are so nice. It's a clean, easy and straightforward experience every time. I love the sliders--when I'm not too hungry, one of those & some fries hit the spot. If you're hungrier, get the 2 slider combo or the slider + 1 tender combo. Highly recommend!

Ordered an m&m's top loaded shake and they just gave me a cup of m&ms. Ordered it before and it was great. But today? No.

Came here for the hot mozz sticks and ended up adding chicken nugget flight too (which was overpriced). My gf and I both came out with a terrible stomach ache and the runs the next morning. Definetely did not make my work day pleasant. It was the only thing I ate last night too so I know this was what caused it. Told Dave's customer service about it and Jorge texted me saying "thank you, well let the team know" kinda reply

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The service here is absolutely horrible. Where to start... As I was waiting in line, one of the customers was trying to change their order (as they were placing it). The cash needed the managers help for something and the manager told her "I don't have time for this sh#t." Then at the close out of my order I was entering my phone number for the rewards and the cashier cleared the screen. When I told her I was entering my number she just gave me this "so?" type of look. I haven't even tried my food yet and I know I will never come back to this restaurant. The young man working the register was extremely nice and helpful. After my order was ready I was called to the front and the girl that put my order in the bag asked if I wanted a sauce. Bought family box & gave tip to receive BAD SERVICE Not only did I have wait over 35 mins but they did the wrong flavors & put cold slaw when gave us the food. Did not want refund & didn't even tell us they couldn't make modification to sandwich before ordering
