TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Very nice customer service, food didn't take long at all to come out, the ambiance of the place is great. Food was fresh and tasting great.
Amazing tender chicken! And don't be fooled when you order "only" 2 tenders. One tender is equivalent to the average competitor's two! You won't regret this meal--
People are nice, place is clean. We got medium spice level and were seriously disappointed, we both thought it was bland and we'd rather have a spicy sandwich from another place. If you're a fan of Nashville hot chicken, you may be sad. I was surprised my husband thought the chicken wasn't spicy enough either, as he can't handle the heat normally. We were also disappointed that the fries were warm, but not hot, especially since we ordered them extra crispy. We really wanted to love this place, but don't see us coming back.

FOOD #4 1 slider (hot) with fries PERFECT! Chicken: The chicken was fresh, and the kick of heat was on point. The size was more than enough, and the breading was even all around. My only complaint is I wish they put just a little more slaw on it, but that's personal preference! Fries: Perfectly season. Service was quick. My sandwich was awesome. I ate here for the first time a week ago and I really liked my sandwich. Will definitely be back.

The chicken here is pretty good, the meat isn't dry which is pretty good and I enjoyed the amount of pickles they give you. However this is pretty heavy meal and I didn't feel the best when after eating it.

Was super excited to check out this new chicken joint. I was warned by some friends that their chicken is hot hot. I ended up ordering a two piece meal (mild) with a side of mac & cheese and a chocolate shake. I definitely could've gone hotter with my chicken. It wasn't as hot as I thought it was going to be. The chocolate shake was already super melted when I got it. It definitely reminded me of a Wendy's Frosty. The mac & cheese was OK, I don't think I'll get it again.
