TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The food is flavorful and delicious. The sliders are my favorite. I like how they add sauce on the side and give you the option to get honey packets which makes it so much better. The service is fine.
They kick up some hot chicken. I could only handle Hot. Extra hot and Reaper I didn't try them. Strips and Sliders were served up good. Boy even had a shake which was great too. Recommend a lot.

Amazing tender chicken! And don't be fooled when you order "only" 2 tenders. One tender is equivalent to the average competitor's two! You won't regret this meal--

People are nice, place is clean. We got medium spice level and were seriously disappointed, we both thought it was bland and we'd rather have a spicy sandwich from another place. If you're a fan of Nashville hot chicken, you may be sad. I was surprised my husband thought the chicken wasn't spicy enough either, as he can't handle the heat normally. We were also disappointed that the fries were warm, but not hot, especially since we ordered them extra crispy. We really wanted to love this place, but don't see us coming back.
FOOD #4 1 slider (hot) with fries PERFECT! Chicken: The chicken was fresh, and the kick of heat was on point. The size was more than enough, and the breading was even all around. Service was quick. My sandwich was awesome. I ate here for the first time a week ago and I really liked my sandwich. Will definitely be back.
