Once again, Dave's Hot Chicken continues to be an excellent spot. If you are looking for hot chicken that is pretty close to the real deal out in Nashville. If you are familiar with the Nashville, heat levels, choose one level higher here as they do hold back a little bit. They have excellent macaroni and cheese, french fries, and of course their chicken is super juicy and crispy. Make sure to get extra Dave's sauce packets because it is that good with everything. Always consistently good. Right levels of spice depending on how hot you like your chicken to be (i usually get one medium and one hot). They are always fiendly and polite.

Overrated chicken to say the least. I'm not sure where all the hype stems from but it isn't worth it. The rub they use on their chicken didn't work for me and it felt a bit salty as well. It reminds me of the hot sauce they use at halal carts, which on chicken over rice is delicious, but on a fried chicken sandwich just didn't fit. The young lady working at the register was a sweetheart though. Shout outs to her for being so welcoming. Typical fast food restaurant feel. I would not recommend Daves Hot Chicken.
