TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Family friendly, amazing staff as always, they offer several different spices for the chicken tenders and my children LOVED their macaroni and cheese as well as their delicious milkshakes. In my opinion I give this place a 10/10 and don't forget to put honey on the chicken

The staff was very nice but they were overwhelmed. It was a busy Friday and they had many orders. I ordered a lite mild for myself and a medium for hubby. They tasted the same in terms of heat, which I thought was strange. The chicken was tender and moist, not very crispy. Hubby was disappointed in the heat level for his medium which tasted like lite medium. After my order I waited 20 minutes to receive it. The room was full of people waiting for orders or waiting to order. Definitely order ahead of time if you are eating du... read more

I have Dave's Hot Chicken another try and this time it was so much better! The chicken was really spicy which is what I wanted. I also tried the cauliflower bites which I loved, and the cheese fries which were nice and crispy. I'll definitely be a regular here in the future.

They're sliders are so good especially if you get the cheese on it and put some honey and of course you gotta put the extra dave's sauce. Overall, some of the best hot chicken I've had before.

The staff was very welcoming, and recommended great things from the menu. Loved the art on the walls. Regarding the food the chicken was juicy and well spiced!
