Honestly I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews! We've gone a few times now and each time the food has been consistently good for a fast casual place. The chicken is flavorful and not dry, it's good quality chicken, and the prices are pretty decent for the amount of food. The fries and sauce are also great! I recommend getting a one tender and one slider meal. I've enjoyed mild and medium.

I ventured here after working out at Saugus Planet Fitness with my friends, they asked to remain anonymous so I'll call them Ringo, Dalton and Steve. I walked through the corridor and to my surprise I was greeted by delight and friendliness. Andre is a fantastic employee who treated me and my friends with utter respect and kindness. The food is ok. We ordered sliders. When I hear slider, I think "small sandwich." However these were full size burger buns with a massive chicken tender hanging off the side. We all would have ordered 1 slider instead of 2 had we realized that they weren't actually sliders. The flavor was ok. I ordered medium and it was just spicy enough. Juicy, tender, flavorful, and hits the spot! The Kale slaw that comes with the sandwich, helps provide a smooth creaminess with a crunch. The fries are okay, but the sandwich is why you come to this establishment...

The sandwich is standard and tastes great with the sauce. We arrived around 4 pm and it wasn't busy. The register person was on his phone and didn't pay attention when we were ordering so we had to repeat it a couple of times. The spiciness isn't too bad compared to other chicken places. The fries are thicker cut and pairs well with the sandwich. Plenty of seating and parking right next to the restaurant. Right off route 1 so it's convenient if you're craving a chicken sandwich.

I don't understand why this place is getting crummy reviews. It's amazing. I mean, it's fast food - and it appears to be made to order. That said, I didn't give it 5 stars bc my fries were cold. However, I noticed that the people ahead of me asked for new fries and junior, from DHC got them new ones asap! Dude was on it and was also really friendly. So, hard to hate this place ! My only suggestion, remove the tip from your POS machine. It's fat food ya'll, get real. But good food and Junior was really nice and the bathrooms ... read more

Dave's hot chicken was yummy. The chicken was tender the spice was good and the fries had a nice spice on them. Not too impressed with the sauce. The service at the register was great. Super nice and personable. However the order we received was wrong. I asked for no pickles, slaw on the side and sauce on the side. I received pickles, no slaw, and sauce on my sandwich.
