This place is ridiculous. I needed to place a large order for a catering didn't care if I had to purchase 30 diffrent orders. And spoke to Sammy told him I was driving I knew what I wanted I also could pay over the phone and they refused to take my order. Pretty rude and just said nothing he could do. They are not allowed to take food orders over the phone . I should have known better soon as I walked out with the bag of food I knew it was light. A chicken tender with a french fry for $10.69? Come on I can do better at a handful of places around in that price range.

Sam was great taking our order answering questions. However the chicken was loaded with seasoning. At this point we couldnt even eat it. The sauces were blah. How do you not have dipping sauces especially honey mustard?! Very pricey for what you get.

Consistently inconsistent. Wait times range from 10-30 minutes even online orders. On this day people ordered and received their order before my online order. My other visit took 20 mins to get the order in person. Can't waste this time going there for lunch anymore. Has been better the last few times

This location is run by a bunch of thieves! Ordered from Dave's for the second time and I'm two for two with them conveniently leaving out one meal from my order. I made the mistake this time of not checking and drove back 20 minutes and realized when I got home. I've tried calling (they even tell you their locations won't answer their phones, messaging on Instagram, and filed a complaint on their website. I doubt I hear anything back. This place is a disaster! Ordered online but the staff couldn't find the order. Fries were stale and chicken had doughy breading on the inside. Staff was too busy talking about their weekend plans to help customers. 2 stars because order was correct once we finally got it and the place was clean.

Daves Hot Chicken in Saugus is not like Woburn or any other location. The Saugus branch needs attention from corporate, similar to that scene in the movie "McDonald's" where expansion compromises quality control. The recipe at this Saugus location tastes as if it were made by my little brother. I was extremely disappointed, spending my Saturday sulking over how poorly this location represented Daves Hot Chicken.
