Wanted to try Dave's for a while so we stopped in Saturday night just after 11pm. I was bummed there was no drive thru. Went in and ordered #1 2 tenders and fries medium heat. Got the food super fast. While there was nothing wrong with the chicken, I found it was very underwhelming. For a place that only does chicken, I thought it would be some really good stuff. We order from Dave's once or twice per week. We always get the hot tenders, fries, and coleslaw. Often, we get the chicken sandwiches. Our favorite item was the "not chicken", cauliflower. Unfortunately, in the recent weeks this item was replaced by the chicken bites. We will miss it!! As previously mentioned, we have been going here once a week since opening in Saugus. Not anymore. We were served raw chicken tonight. Deeply disappointed and concerned over food safety and our health after eating this. Photo attached.

I like daves hot chicken it's just the mild chicken isn't spicy enough it tastes more sweet but I don't know and I asked for no pickles and they threw them at my face and said eat them which is extremely rude but over all I did not like the service but the food is to die for

This place is ridiculous. I needed to place a large order for a catering didn't care if I had to purchase 30 diffrent orders. And spoke to Sammy told him I was driving I knew what I wanted I also could pay over the phone and they refused to take my order. Pretty rude and just said nothing he could do. They are not allowed to take food orders over the phone . I should have known better soon as I walked out with the bag of food I knew it was light. A chicken tender with a french fry for $10.69? Come on I can do better at a handful of places around in that price range.

Sam was great taking our order answering questions. However the chicken was loaded with seasoning. At this point we couldnt even eat it. The sauces were blah. How do you not have dipping sauces especially honey mustard?! Very pricey for what you get.

Consistently inconsistent. Wait times range from 10-30 minutes even online orders. On this day people ordered and received their order before my online order. My other visit took 20 mins to get the order in person. Can't waste this time going there for lunch anymore. Has been better the last few times
