jorden was helpful got me my food on time made sure everything was inside the bag and made sure we enjoyed the food while we ate very helpful

Honestly I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews! We've gone a few times now and each time the food has been consistently good for a fast casual place. The chicken is flavorful and not dry, it's good quality chicken, and the prices are pretty decent for the amount of food. The fries and sauce are also great! I recommend getting a one tender and one slider meal. I've enjoyed mild and medium.
