I found the menu to be a bit limited. The food was average and expensive. The resteraunt was nicley decorated and comfortble.

So when I pulled up to this place, I was expecting something basic, maybe even a bit dull, but I was wrong. The place looked great, service was nice and the people there were pretty cool. NOW THE FOOD, I asked for food to be spicy, and this place delivered, the mac n cheese is so good, and the sauce was on point. The chicken was so good that I almost cried, but I will say the guy was right about hot being spicy as hell. Still 8/10 experience

Games the Google review system and the front desk ppl acting arrogant! I ordered 40 mins ago using the mobile app. When I went there he asked me my name and ignored me and went back to do other stuff I went to car got my phone and went back and showed him my order with the name . He was pretending like he was searching again and got the order that was already there ! Food is good but service is doomed! This place will close soon!
S**T Show. If you 25 minutes to wait for a slider then go there. Not even close to being managed properly.

No star low enough. The chicken tasted like It was tossed in taco seasoning... supposed to be "mild". Very disappointed and for the price not worth it. Fry's were okay lightly seasoned and very crispy. And ice machine broke on me walked out like I went snowboarding.

Stopped in around 10:30 on a Saturday night after flying in from West Coast hoping for a quick bite before heading to the hotel. Waited more than 45min for 3 chicken sandwiches for me and the kids. Seems like it shouldn't take that long to make a chicken sandwich. Kids were tired and hungry. Very frustrating. Seems like some production streamlining is needed.

Prices are way too high! It's chicken for heavens sake! It is fast food! Get your prices in line with what you're serving! Otherwise in this economy you will be out of business fast and furiously!
