Loved this place when it first opened. Chicken is delicious.....then they continually gave me the wrong order. I visited about three weeks ago and the drive thru screen was broken and waited for about ten minutes before the came to the drive thru and told me the chicken wouldn't be ready for twenty minutes. This visit the screen is still broken and I waited another 10 minutes before they took my order. I'm trapped in the drive thru, cars in front and back , and cannot leave. Was so excited for my first and probably last visit. The chicken was flavorful and juicy and the fries were cooked crispy the way I like them. Coworkers cheesy fries weren't that cheesy. Service was friendly. The place opens at 1100 and we arrived at 1115. There were no clean tables and we resorted to picking the cleanest. My first time to Dave's. Saw a video on YouTube from the Company Man and decided to try it. Had the hot chicken strips with fries, seems like a large portion for the price. The price of the drink was reasonable. The temperature of the spice was good. The taste wasn't so good. Tasted like chilli powder. A lot of chilli power. I wouldn't order it again. I might go back and try plain. Overall I like Caine's better.

I did a mobile order and it said 9-12 minutes. I walk in after 12 minutes and I was told a few more minutes. After 10 minutes I went up and I was told "we're backed up, it's going to take awhile." I asked for my money back and after 5 minutes and a manager, I was told the next day to should post. I received a text about my experience and I responded about my experience and waiting on my refund. I'm sorry about the bad review, now that I read it , it seems a little harsh. The truth is people make mistakes. I'm sure it was an accident. I wish I could delete it, I just don't know how. A stroke has left me with anger issues.

Service was terrible at this location....i sat in the drive thru for a 7:15 pm on a Sunday few minutes and no one answered. I went in to order my food and mentioned that I was sitting in the drive thru and the person working said oh sorrry the headset is dead and we are charging it. I went to order a shake and of course no dice....we don't have the shakes on the board. Good thing the food is good. Won't be back to this location.

Walked in at 11:20, its now 12:05 and no one has their order. Everyone waiting... I would suggest starting cooking the chicken earlier than you open?

So. So. So. Slow. The chicken was nice & crispy, but not worth the wait. The flavor was very one-note. We tried the medium, extra hot & reaper. Not much seasoning, just heat on the last two. The reaper was, indeed, quite hot... but lacked flavor. The fries were really good. The iced tea is the pre-fab stuff from the fountain. We agreed we'd rather spend our money elsewhere and won't be back.

The chicken was dry! I also don't want a slider with a little tiny bun and a hunk of chicken that I have to eat on its own because the bun is so small. My service was fine, but I watched as a manager basically argued with a customer over how they had ordered their food and they must've ordered it wrong, rather than just apologize and remake the order.
