Harold and I both tried a slider. The restaurant was dirty, it took a long time to get our food, and then we were both sick in the evening. It was also ridiculously expensive. We will not be back to Dave's Chicken.

Oh, Dave where do I begin.... I had hopes for this place. Unfortunately, all I have to say is that it is an over priced laxative. Save your $$ and opt for Ex Lax.

They took almost an hour for two combos only for the combos to be cold when we finally did get them. I know those are new and everything, but they should probably have corporate come out and teach them how to run a line properly so that way the wait is not that long.

The bun, pickles, and the fries were the highlight unfortunately. The tenders are big, but everything is way too salty. I really like to get the hottest option available and the reaper is no joke. I finished a reaper slider and tender and decided to try something a bit less aggressive. I ordered the hot on my second trip and even it had a really nice amount of heat. Disappointed is an understatement. I have heard nothing about good things about Dave's Hot Chicken on the east side of Tucson, so I was beyond excited to try it once they opened a location in Marana. I heard from coworkers that this location has been very busy since opening. I decided to order online so my food would be ready when I got there. Pretty pricey and it's dry. Not to mention the portion of fries is extremely small. I love Dave's and have been to several locations but this location hasn't gotten it right yet and superrrrr long wait times it's too frustrating to go back.

Waited 30 minutes for one chicken strip and kale salad went to ask for a refund and the manager walked in the back got it and handed it to me asked for some Dave's sauce to go on. It didn't get that two young girls that were processing orders from the kitchen, were playing with their fingernails, talking to each other, not paying attention. The Food: Meh..... And I mean barely Meh. The Atmosphere: Music so loud I could not carry-on a conversation with my wife sitting less than 2 feet away from me. Took 20 minutes to get our order and when we did it was cold. So had to send it back and it too another 8 minutes...
