Service was terrible at this location....i sat in the drive thru for a 7:15 pm on a Sunday few minutes and no one answered. I went in to order my food and mentioned that I was sitting in the drive thru and the person working said oh sorrry the headset is dead and we are charging it. I went to order a shake and of course no dice....we don't have the shakes on the board. Good thing the food is good. Won't be back to this location.

Walked in at 11:20, its now 12:05 and no one has their order. Everyone waiting... I would suggest starting cooking the chicken earlier than you open?

So. So. So. Slow. The chicken was nice & crispy, but not worth the wait. The flavor was very one-note. We tried the medium, extra hot & reaper. Not much seasoning, just heat on the last two. The reaper was, indeed, quite hot... but lacked flavor. The fries were really good. The iced tea is the pre-fab stuff from the fountain. We agreed we'd rather spend our money elsewhere and won't be back.

The chicken was dry! I also don't want a slider with a little tiny bun and a hunk of chicken that I have to eat on its own because the bun is so small. My service was fine, but I watched as a manager basically argued with a customer over how they had ordered their food and they must've ordered it wrong, rather than just apologize and remake the order. After a second shot at Dave's chicken, they ended up getting half my order wrong and left out two set of fries. I ordered 4 #4 dishes for my family, and I received 2 #4 dishes and 2 lone sliders.

First time at a Dave's Hot Chicken. Husband and I entered to very loud music and a strange high pitched piercing sound that turned out to be an alarm with a flashing light that the staff appeared to ignore. The restaurant and restroom were clean and the counter servers pleasant. I ordered 2 chicken tenders and kale slaw. Husband ordered a sandwich with fries. The reaper chicken had a horrible flavor and was insanely spicy they didn't focus on anything else and the mild tasted like paprika like a whole lot of paprika salt and pepper so did all the other flavors other then no spice also it's super expensive 50.01 for 3 2 piece chicken tenders with fries and cauliflower bites 1 regular milkshake and a drink do not recommend

I was so excited to try this place as I love Nashville spicy chicken. was immediately turned off by the tip request when checking out. You order your food at the counter AND pick it up! My food was cold and chicken sub par. I was the only one in the restaurant, btw. Sorry, not for me.

food is mediocre, filled with addictive and abusive ingredients for the gut and brain. But what i'm writing this mainly for is cus they had a me waiting for 15 minutes on a delivery that was suppose to be ready when i arrived! It causes me to be late for customer and violated by door dash. The items was: "2 sliders" lol, so it was clear they were simply just prioritizing walk ins over online
