I accompanied a family member to David’s Bridal 25th Street location in Manhattan; I just want everyone to know, this place is very hot, I asked about the heat and I was told every summer they have this problem and management does not care, also a few customer had to take a seat because they were about to pass out. Shaunakay was very patient and helpful. She did not push me to buy any particular dress. Instead, she listened to my preferences and choices. I was able to find my dress with only three weeks until my wedding ceremony.
Shout-out to Dana from the 45 west 25th street location!!!! This was my second experience at this location and a first for my family. Dana was super helpful in assisting my grandmother, mother and little sister with finding dresses for my brother's wedding. My grandmother especially adored her because it's been years since she's dressed shopped. Dana made the experience so smooth and stress free. Thanks again!

Visited this store a few days ago and the service was great. My bridesmaids and I worked with Dana at 45 West 25th Street. Dana was exceptional at trying to understand what I envisioned for my 9 bridesmaids! Pleasure to work with and made everything easy. All my bridesmaids are satisfied thanks to the great service.
