I was helped by Soraya at the 45 West 25th Street, NY NY location. What a gem to have helping me - I couldn't have been more at ease/stress-free with the styling process thanks to her. I had hit some hurdles with the style I chose regarding size and delivery date, but she was quick to do everything possible to solve the problem, find alternatives that would make me just as happy. I wound up leaving the store thrilled with the dress she helped me pick out. She was also a joy to talk to.
My experience at David's Bridal was a great one. Wanda was patient and encouraging. She took her time to show me different options and her excitement and confidence helped me make a commitment to a dress for my vow renewal. I am so excited about my day because I found the "perfect" dress, with Wanda's help!..:)
Elizabeth Ventura was an excellent person when a friend of mine was getting married and had to choose her wedding dress . She was very optimistic and helpful.

Nadya was fantastic! Tried on a plethora of dresses with my daughter and was kind and very attentative to the whole group. Answered all questions and my daughter found her gown.

I (bride-to-be) had the worst experience over the last two months dealing with David's Bridal. I would highly recommend that you consider either going to a different branch or preferably a different company altogether. The first thing that went wrong is they changed my address in their system and attempted to send all of my bridesmaids dresses to my bridesmaid who lives in a multi-unit apartment complex without a doorman.
