I found my dream dress at the store on 25th street 1st off Jacob was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress I told him about my upcoming surgery and made sure I picked the right size dress he even went looking for my dress when the one I tried on had a few holes in the train he was patient and very very helpful simply FABULOUS!!!!! The store manager Fawn also was a blessing when I didn’t get approved for the affirm acct she helped me get the davids bridal credit card

I was amazed at the high level of professional and care at David’s Bridal in New York, NY. Katie assisted me and was just absolutely amazing. The store manager Kristen set the tone the minute walked through the door. I was so relieved to have finally found my dress, and appreciate the help at this store. I traveled from NJ to go to that store and I’m so glad I did. I highly recommend them. Thank you Katie and Kristen.

Jen was amazing helping my daughter and her friend when they were looking for a prom dresses. She was very patient and explained everything so clearly. It is because of Jen that the girls had a great time doing something fun like trying on prom dresses after such a horrible year for teens.

I recently visited David’s Bridal Manhattan location with a friend, and I must say it was not comfortable there, the place is very hot so we did not stay very long, also it looks like a tattoo parlor there are staff walking around with almost full body tattoo, that make us believe that the standards are falling , also I did not feel very safe because there were no glass shield separating us from the receptionist desk.

First dress shopping experience as a bride, you already know how stressful and sometimes emotional it could be. Kayla Simpson assisted me and I couldn't say enough wonderful things about her, how patient she is, attentive and how comfortable she made me feel. She was extremely honest with me and always made sure to talk to me privately and ask how I felt about each and every dress and not what my friends' opinions were. The experience was great in the store, unfortunately no one contacted me upon arrival of my dress. I lost 3 weeks of prep time. Zero customer service.
