This was the WORSE experience EVER! If the price wasn't so cheap I would have NEVER stepped foot in that place AGAIN after our first appt for bridesmaids dresses and was told "well that party has a bride so they need my attention more" Had to order my daughters dress NUMEROUS time, another dress ordered the wrong color,and when I called corporate, he did his best to accommodate but when he spoke with the manager asking them to take money off, they told him they already took 10% off the dresses for the inconvenience which the... read more

I went here numerous times. The first visit for my wedding gown was fine. I then went different times with my bridesmaids for their dresses. Never once did they get it right. No matter how many times I went over the colors and names of the girls, they still came wrong. They were supposed to ship my maid of honor' s dress, but her name on the label but never put her address, mailed my other bridesmaid dress to the wrong address. Was looking for prom and we were looking on are own which was fine not being pushed to pick .We then got registered went right in to a fitting room. Although we waited in line to pay for awhile before they opened more registers I would go again.

Terrible!!! The customer service stinks!!! I had an appointment for bridal alterations at 4 yesterday and stood around in my dress waiting til after 5 for them to even start my alterations!!! Do not go here!

Extremely disappointed with the 3 employees that did NOT offer to help us. There was 2 other customers also not being helped. The employees were standing at the desk talking amongst each other. I hope this is not a commission based business. This is no way to run a business.

Completely unprofessional and unorganized and rude! Didn't even want to shop around at all due to the fact that it was so unprofessional. Not a big selection either. This is the second time I've been there and the second time was worse. I thought maybe the bad service was a one time thing and it wasn't!
