I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Our " consultant " did NOTHING. I pulled all the dresses for my girls. With Covid " only 2 people were allowed with me " which I was not told when booked the appointment, the consultant we had was so rude to the people with me. Basically said they had to sit upfront with all the other " extras " makes a lot of sense right? I take COVID serious, but it should have been addressed before the appointment. Had a bad experience here last night while shopping with my girlfriend. We had an appointment at 630. The consultant was very helpful. As we were wrapping up the consultant was going to call another store to see if they had a particular dress that the bride liked, so we decided to browse the store. My friend found two more dresses that she wanted to try on. We spoke with the consultant and she informed us that the store closed at 9pm I looked at my watch and said its 825 we have time. I got my dress here last week. I was in a time crunch as my wedding was 28 days from my appointment. I’m also plus size and pregnant and was very doubtful I’d be able to find anything within my limited budget that I liked. I was more than pleasantly surprised. My consultant (I think her name was Kelly) picked out dresses for me since I had no idea what I wanted. I ended up trying on 6 dresses. So incredibly rude. I was already self conscious and nervous going in alone and the lady at the front desk was SO rude and unwelcoming. To the point where another employee mouthed “I’m sorry” behind her. I left in tears.

My daughter had an appointment to try on prom dresses today. We arrived early and was browsing dresses until they were ready for us. I heard one of the sales staff say “Just put them in the back corner”. Two dresses at a time we go to our corner and begin the dress search. Nobody ever came to assist my daughter or ask if she needed help. I went and found different sizes and colors for her to try on and helped her find dresses she liked. Very poor customer service! They try to put you in what they want you to wear instead of listing to what you want. They worker have very bad attitudes. I didnt have a good bride experience here. Will never go back.
