One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I was in 3 weddings this year, in August, September and October. I ordered all 3 dresses from the Easton location back in February. All in a size 14. My August dress arrived 10 days before the wedding... in a size 4. Both the other dresses were size 14... and this one was a 4. The store manager here was NOT helpful whatsoever and I spent HOURS in the week leading up to my best friend’s wedding trying to hunt down a dress. I went and try on bridal gowns tonight in madison location the whole time i was there from the time i arrive to the time i left.. the lady that was helping me was a manager seem to be very pushy and kinda in rush mode.. didnt have a great experience tonight and probably want be back..
