I just left the Springfield location and feel SAD because I feel like I’ll miss the staff and can’t wait to find an excuse to go back. They are so so sweet and amazing and I’m just the MOH not even a bride!!! Thank you guys!!! -Gabby :)

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I was in 3 weddings this year, in August, September and October. I ordered all 3 dresses from the Easton location back in February. All in a size 14. My August dress arrived 10 days before the wedding... in a size 4. Both the other dresses were size 14... and this one was a 4. I had the absolute best experience at David’s Bridal in Johnson city! I had spoken on the phone with the manager, Kathy, earlier in the week and she was so nice. My stylist, Shayne, was amazing!!! He listened to me about what I liked and didn’t like, and brought me out a “wildcard” dress. I went and try on bridal gowns tonight in madison location the whole time i was there from the time i arrive to the time i left.. the lady that was helping me was a manager seem to be very pushy and kinda in rush mode.. didnt have a great experience tonight and probably want be back..
