Their alterations department is a mess. I went in originally to get my wedding dress hemmed. It was too long. Easy fix? No. Nightmare. My first 2 appointments went great. Angie is amazing. Then she would call me saying “my dress is crooked, can I come in.” I get to my last appointment, where my dress is suppose to be DONE. Nope. Still “crooked.” I try it on and it won’t zip. DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!! Initially after my appointment at David’s bridal I was able to give it a 5 star review but I can’t say the same anymore. You CANNOT TRUST this company, when I bought my dress, I was very happy when I was told that it was available for my wedding date (it was supposed to arrive by January), a couple weeks after I purchased the dress, they called me from the store telling me that the dress would only come in store by March 3th (my wedding is on March 13th) so that wasn’t an option, I don’t know wh... read more

Ordered the wrong dresses, sent them to calgary, called and said they were in for the wrong bridesmaids (who live out of town), didn’t order 1 of my junior bridesmaid dresses , told me that sage dresses arrived when I ordered cinnamon dresses, should I go on? 0/5 would not recommend .

i went to davids bridal with an appointment to get a wedding dress. i arrived and looked around for about an hour before my stylist was with me. im guessing they judge on looks and because i had my fiancé and 8 week old daughter they assumed i was broke and treated me as such. i would find dresses i liked and theyd say they didnt have my size even tho in one instance i saw the exact same dress one my size one not right by each other and they said they didnt have it. when i found the dress i wanted they didn't have my size so... read more
Don’t go here !!!!! Dresses are in bad condition. They ordered my dress way too big. Barely anything to try on that isn’t broken or stretched out.
