Made an appt. and there were no short dresses for me to try on. My stylist had to juggle multiple ladies. Then after not being able to try anything on, I received 3 text messages stating I did not show up.

The lady was RUDE!!! My dress was dirty and looked used when i got it out of layaway. I was told my dress would be here by 12 today & it’s almost 4 i still have NO DRESS🤬 we are leaving for the wedding THURSDAY🤦🏽♀️

we didnt have the best experience. I told the woman helping us that I didn't want the same style for all 5 dresses I was able to try on. thats all she brought. even after my bridesmaids said something as well. I wanted to try a size down in the dress I loved and she basically said "no, this is the size you need to order". I’d like to truly thank Terry and Diana for taking care of me. The original wedding dress I bought did not fit me after I ordered it and was ordered in the wrong size by another local David’s Bridal. Once Terry saw this when I came in to find a veil she wasted no time and went to work along with Diana to find me a similar white mermaid dress. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a dress for any type of occasion. When my cousin and I walked into the store we were greater with a smile and we were able to get checked in with no problem. I was told that Crystal would be helping me find my dress along with her assistant Mikayla(spelling). She was AMAZING!!! First, I would like to say that I am 100% in support of the people we worked with and the company David's bridal after last week. Last week August 19 through the 23rd my best friend and I had gone to a boutique for her final wedding dress fitting. Her wedding is November 21st.
