David's bridal were crap for us. They were great until I choose the dress, after that my 2nd appointment they just showed me where the dress was and didn't even bother helping try it on. They also made me pay $99 for a corroset which I didn't need as it was already in the dress but I didn't know that, a hair price which they popped in my hair while trying the dress on ( I didn't even know I bought it) and also a veil which was $150. I am still waiting a refund for 5 weeks now. I have been getting the run around from the local Augusta store. I’ve been told that an email was sent on my behalf that was 4 days ago . It took 11 seconds to pay for my gown and 38 days so far since I returned it still nothing !!

I personally purchased my wedding dress here two years ago. Now, my best friend, her family, and I went to purchase her wedding dress there two weeks ago... but her experience was far from mine 2 years ago... My three bridesmaids got dresses here. Because of Covid, only two could go in at a time and one had to go in alone. The woman helping us was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. On top of that, they messed up all three dresses. They sent one to the wrong address. They ordered another bridesmaid the completely wrong dress. On the final dress, the zipper is sewn diagonally and the dress doesn't zip right. Will never use David's Bridal again.

They canceled my lay away 3 weeks after I made a payment. Why wasn’t I told that day I needed to pay it off?? Read your receipt!!!!! I was not told at anytime of the lay away time line. And they kept 10% of my dress price.

I just want to say I have never been so upset at anyone or anything like I am with this establishment. What was supposed to be the happiest day of my life almost turned into my worst nightmare. let's just say I have 8 girls in my wedding party looking at 150 dollar bridesmaid dresses. and where I ended up going to get my dress I spent a good amount so David's lost a good amount of money that could've been made because of rude management, lack of desire to help, and zero customer service and care. would never spend my money there
