I was not impressed by my recent visit to David's Bridal. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and our consultant was rather impatient and rude. When we first arrived she was still helping another client, which is understandable, but it was evident that she was over booked or had to maintain too many clients that day as she muttered, "I must be taking all the brides today", when she was called to the front to assist. Frustrating that they are not working well with COVID situations.. I’m stuck with a dress that I won’t use and my only option is in store credit. It’s ridiculous that a company this large cannot make adjustments to their return policy during a global pandemic. Definitely will be shopping SMALL stores in the future.

Very disappointed in this store! Went to buy a bridesmaid dress. Gave me a dress that was to small. Wouldn’t let me try on a size to see what fit told me they could just measure me instead. I tried to be persistent that I wanted to try a dress on they still wouldn’t let me. Dress is here now. Probably 5 sizes to big, and told me alterations would cost over $400, for a simple $130 dress. PLEASE READ THIS!! DB has the WORST return policy EVER! Let me tell you why. I ordered a (regular) dress in the store in September. It came to the store in November. They advertise 1 week return - ok - that sucks on its own, but ok. So, I came back to return the dress one day after I picked it up and was told that it was after the 1 week BECAUSE THE ONE WEEK RETURN STARTS THE DAY YOU PURCHASE IT - NOT THE DAY YOU GET IT!! I made an appointment and the whole time all I heard was "we need to hurry we are limited on time". The carpet was dirty and gross with stains. the dresses were so worn, they all looked dirty, zippers were broken on the dresses. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place. I ended up going to Atlas without an appointment. Where I was treated like a queen. They had a huge selection, unlike Davids! They were clean and you are treated so special. Disappointed with my experience here.... Thankful I brought a friend to help me as there was never anyone around to assist. I made an appointment to reserve my spot, however I’m guessing they were very short staffed? And my consultant was busy elsewhere?? The entire time. I felt rushed, when my consultant was l able to assist me, I was told there was a limit and I could not try on any more dresses (I had not seen that in the terms before hand and was greatly saddened) I had tried on four dresses . Service was poor, top of only 5 dresses Wasn’t asked if we wanted/ needed accessories. We drove more than hour to be very disappointed. The 5 dress thing is horrible. I did the work for your employee... I won’t be returning.

I've been to David's twice now. 1st time was great and fun. 2nd I drove 2 hours away go get alterations and the women got up in my face and said im not touching the dress till its fully paid. Even the girl helping my bridesmaid with her dress said "I didn't even know that because I have mine on lay away too!" on top of that, the girl assisting us kinda got mad at my friend for not putting her mask on when trying the dress on. Booked the appointment and they have you make a Pinterest for ideas! Made one and I get to my appointment and I had to pick out and find all of my own dresses mind you nothing is organized. What is the point of doing the Pinterest? What is the point of having a stylist? What was the point? You think once you have a dress they would want to put a veil on you and make your vision come to life. Nope didn’t even see any veils! Worst experience and a waste of my time.
