I felt the need to share my experience tonight. Me and my friend drove about 40 min. just to go to this store as it was the only thing we had planned to do tonight. Of course we brought our kids along bc they are well behaved and old enough to come with us to this sort of thing . Obviously well dressed and mannered. My friend picked me up tonight which led to me forgetting my mask as I always carry it in my car . Awful experience!!! Went in with my daughter to find a wedding dress and was so freaking rushed!!! Only got to try on 4 dresses. Was told that we could look at dresses and then when we did another sales associate came and told us that we couldn’t touch the dresses - wait what??? I’m having to help my daughter put her dress on and take it off and I can’t even look at dresses to take her to try on. Sales lady had 2 brides at the same time and my daughter left crying. Will never recommend this store again!

It’s a crying shame that this is the place to go to get an affordable dress becuase they have the worst customer service. I have been there three times with friends and family to buy dresses and have had the same experience each time. Associates are extremely rude and act as though they don’t have time to help people. There’s no reason picking out a wedding dress needs to be unpleasant for anyone involved. Maybe it’s not all of the associates, but the three I’ve experienced have been unpleasant.

I bought my dress online and took it to the store to have it altered. The staff was nice. I had two fittings. At my second fitting, the bustle wasn’t laying correct, so my mother-in-law asked them to add a button. They added the button and told me they would steam my dress before I took it home. On my wedding day, I open the bag and my dress is still bustled and had deep creases and wrinkles. We were frantic and called the store. Kennesaw, GA location is HIGHLY unprofessional and rude. They're literally robbing brides of their "once in a lifetime" experiences with Lack or professionalism and a majorrrrrr lack of integrity. I am highly annoyed with this specific shop and their crew.

Awful experience. My consultant was so unhelpful. She had 0 personality. She was rude and seemed like it was a bother for her to be there with me. Limited dresses in store and to try on. The quality was not good. I drove over an hour to this store and was extremely disappointed in the dresses and customer service.
