Terrible service. Got my dress altered here and it returned with a hole in it and alterations that I never requested. The tailors were very rude about the situation and offered no help whatsoever

Went to David’s bridal to pick up my brides maid dress that I ordered and I received it with wrinkled top. I said something to the girl who helped me and I was told I had to pay $10 to get it steamed WHEN IT CAME OUT OF THEIR BACK ROOM! Absolutely ridiculous service. The top was extremely loose when I tried on the same size and the same dress and it fit PERFECTLY with no clips or alterations needed. I’m highly disappointed in this service I received

Worst experience! Staff were very rude, not friendly and acted like customers aren’t important. Bought my dress, it didn’t need alterations so I left it in the bag till the day before the elopement. To my horror, when I took it out... it was covered in long black hairs. The stitching on the bust was ripped and the bra clip at the top of the zipper was ripped off. 1960 location- Rude, lazy, helping you is like a chore. If they're so unhappy get a different job! I was told a pick up date and it didn't get there until weeks later. They didn't call when it finally came in. Alterations are expensive and tack on fees for everything. I was only there to get a bridesmaid dress I can't imagine being there for an actual wedding dress and be treated that way. I really hate writing negative reviews but I don’t have a choice. This evening I visited this location to pick up my wedding dress. I paid for alterations before they were done (store policy) and found that they didn’t do some of them! They were supposed to let out the sides (paid $80+) that wasn’t done! Then a lady tried telling me that this alteration wasn’t on the receipt! It gets better!
