Alterations appointment made 2/19/18, 1 call and 1 text reminder for 8/25/18, appointment, got there 15 minuets early to be rescheduled, thought it would be better experience than the day the bridesmaids initially went with the bride since there was a few months gap in time. Now rescheduling for following week. There are 4 brides maids different heights from 4’11 to 5’8” each one of us were fitted in a size 10, dress which is just unbelievable. The alterations that I had on my maid of honor dress left the dress still entirely too big. I had to get sewn into it the day of the wedding because it was falling down. The advice when I picked up the dress? Make sure my boobs were fully in the cups. I don’t recommend alterations here at all.
I went to David's Bridal to find my wedding Dress and I did find a beautiful dress that I liked but the experience was not worth it. I felt that having a appointment was my time and I understand that there is walk ins and they may have to help other people but in the middle of trying on my dress the Lady just disappeared to go help other customers and we had to go hunt her down. she just kept taking off as we had more questions for her and had to continuously. I would not recommend them at all. The manager there is really rude and unhelpful. When I explained I had never gotten a call from them about my dress being in they simply said well we called on these dates. I asked if they leave voicemails to let you know you missed their call and she just did not have an answer for me and restated the dates they called. I am about to go wedding dress shopping and I will not be giving them my business now.
picked up my maid of honor dress and it was covered in someone's hair! absolutely disgusting!

SADLY DISAPPOINTMENT! We had great service trying to find a Homecoming Dress. She found one when we decided to purchase "The Dress". NOW, Here is where it all Changed for me! We followed the attendant who had been helping us to the check out. She kept the conversation going, without any idea, until after she had gotten the signature on the credit card slip and was placing our copy onto the bag. I'm not typically one to write reviews, but this absolutely needs to be said: the floor manager (or store manager, not entirely sure of her role), has been EXTREMELY rude on two separate occasions that I have been in this store (within a year of each other). While we didn't mind working with Carol, I am still so angry and frustrated with the manager that I have recommended to my bridesmaids to order from any other David's Bridal but this location. My bridesmaids and I had the worst experience at David’s Bridal. I will never recommend anyone to go there and in fact will tell them to go somewhere else. We were treated horribly by the consultant that was assigned to us. She was extremely rude and did not care to know what WE wanted and only cared about picking dresses that she wanted me to try on and in fact rudely snatched a dress out of my bridesmaids hands when she was looking for something that she felt would look good on me.
