RecommendedHad such an amazing experience and found the PERFECT wedding dress. Jacqueline was exceptional. My mother, sister and I felt so comfortable, we had her exclusive attention and her attention to detail, style and professionalism put this experience above and beyond expectations.
RecommendedMy daughter had originally planned on a big, fancy wedding. We bought both of our dresses & had them special ordered. After it came in my daughter decided to have a smaller wedding on the beach so we needed to exchange our dresses for something more appropriate. The employees were super helpful & understanding. We were both able to exchange our dresses with ease.

Horrible customer service. They messed up on one of my fellow bride maids dress. She had to pay $25 for them to order the right one! Which is ridiculous it was not her fault. Another bridesmaid called to check when her dress would be in and they basically told her they were too busy and would call her back when they had time. When I went to try on my dress to make sure it fit they seemed as if I was bothering them and they weren’t very helpful. If you aren’t a white bride then they don’t have the time.
