1 of my worst shopping experiences, so bad as to rate no stars initially. I cried driving home from my 1st trip. I wasn't aware that appointments are recommended, not just suggested, so I walked in on a Sat. afternoon with my 3 teens. They "fit me in" with someone who was initially helpful but ultimately made me feel extremely frustrated. I had done research online and knew what I wanted, and had pics on my phone of 7 different dresses I was interested in. The alterations ladies ruined my dress on side is longer than the other and one sleeve is shorter than the other and they said there was nothing they could do my event is day after tomorrow

I just left this location with my mom. She is getting married in November. We don’t even know our Stylists name because she was with another customer the ENTIRE TIME. (We called her name is Diana). Supposedly they take 2 customers at once which is fine but she was waiting hand and foot on the other bride instead of helping us as well. She brought my mom the wrong size bra, when got the right one she just hung the dresses outside the dressing room and went back to the other lady next to us. I was in shock with the lack of respect and courtesy from the employees a this store. To me I've been dress shopping with friends before and I have always had a amazing experience. The lack of attention and genuine care from the employees made us walk out the store and head to another shop.

Horrible experience.. walked in and right back out. Front staff were extremely rude. Had an appointment for flower girl dresses and the lady helping us was useless. We picked our own dresses- once see started trying them on the girls she literally disappeared and didn't see her again pretty much until the end. Had questions about a dress had to hunt someone down to get an answer. Second time there just walked in as I wanted to look at shoes. I was told since I didn't have an appointment I wasn't aloud to try on shoes.

I had the worst experience at this location. I spent all of 10 mins in the store a few hours ago. There were several employees working. As I walked in there was a male employee at the front podium. He said ummm yes how can I help you. I told him I was looking for a certain dress style. I showed him a pic of a mermaid lace dress long sleeve. He gave me a look as if he was bothered to even look at the pic. He told me ummm well is this a wedding dress. I said well the exact pic isn’t but I’ll be using it for my wedding. I've spent a lot of time and money here recently for my wedding and have had some of the worst customer service and experience I imagined for my wedding. Most of your staff has an awful attitude and basically refused to help my bridal party, I will not be referring anyone to you guys and hope you will give your staff an attitude check especially when people spend thousands of dollars with you guys.
