DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The manager is inept, they lie, and their service is beyond lacking. DO NOT GIVE THESE CONDESCENDING TWITS ANY OF YOUR MONEY.

I ordered my bridesmaid dress and received it in one week which was great. However, I called two days ago to make my appointment for alterations and they set my appointment for today(a Wednesday) at 10:30am. I work at noon so this worked perfectly...until I show up at 10:25am and the doors are locked with a note on the door saying they are closed today for the storm...so I got up 2 hours early, drove 25 minutes out of the way in the pouring rain to just have to turn back around and drive another 25 minutes back. I would never recommend anyone to this location. First of all they are not accommodating. They pack us in like cattle and not brides. I bought 9 bridesmaid dresses and went back for my wedding gown dispite the treatment received the first time. We were seated late, there was only 2 chairs available and no room to get around. My mother was crying because it was not the experience she wanted for her daughter. I had to keep opening the dressing room door and be seen half naked by a gentleman looking for a prom dress for his da... read more

Ordered my bridesmaid dresses from here & the first 2 were delivered without a problem (1 was mailed the other was picked up) then about 6 weeks ago I added a bridesmaid & ordered a new dress, asked for it to be express shipped & was told no problem & that it would be sent the following day after it arrived. Got an arrival notice on Feb 25. I had an absolutely horrible experience on Saturday, March 3rd at the Woodbridge, VA location. I had made 2 appointments weeks in advance to be able to take my bridesmaids and myself dress shopping for my wedding. When I first arrived they were severely backed up and told us to start looking at dresses. By the time we finally received an associate to help us my bridesmaids had already picked dresses and were waiting to try them on. Horrible first experience for my sister. They were 30 minutes late starting her appointment and only allowed her 30 minutes because they were closing soon. She had to share a consultant with another bride which only allowed her to try on 4 dresses. Skip this horrible place and go straight to New York Bride & Groom of Columbia.

I felt rushed during my appointment time that I had and the styles that I was looking for were not ones that I was given to try on.
