If I could give negative stars I would. I am the bride, and I had an appointment, yet throughout my time there I felt extremely rushed. The person who was helping me sighed every time I asked for a different dress or different belt to go with the dress, and overall didn’t seem like she cared, which is a huge disappointment when you’re excited to go dress shopping for your big day. This was the worst experience. I am the mother of the bride, and I have never met more rude staff in my life. We had a $3,000 budget for a bridal gown and were rushed and treated poorly. Other girls had a “bellringing” when they chose their dresses, my daughter left feeling discouraged. No help offered, and rude beyond belief. And yes, we did have an appointment. From the phone staff to the on-the floor staff was the rudest I have ever experienced. Left totally discouraged. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Absolutely disgusted, disappointed, frustrated and sad. My mother went, per my request, to David's Bridal to pick out a dress for my wedding and I regret sending her there. If I could cancel all of the other dresses, I WOULD. My girls are all located in different states and fortunately, they had a pleasant experience and then to find out my mother, my Queen, was treated like dirt - it drives me CRAZY! This place was the most unprofessional and lacking in customer service. My daughter was roaming around no one offered to help, they couldn't find her booking instead of trying to help or accommodate they brushed her away. I will never go there this happened today February 18th. Disgustingly Disappointed! Fire your floor personnel. Shame on you! You lost great business! Bye Felicias!!!

I have had two awful experiences at the david’s bridal in logan square. When I was looking for my wedding dress, the consultant disappeared for more than 15 minutes multiple times, didn’t help me into or out of any of the dresses she gave me, and continued to bring me styles that I had asked her not to. I did not buy my wedding dress from david’s. Next, I went with my bridesmaids. I had a terrible experience when I was looking for a wedding dress. The consultant was preoccupied and not willing to help at all. She put the dresses in the room, told me to go in, and continued chatting with another employee ans seemed annoyed when I asked for help. Luckily I found my perfect dress at Alfred Angelo. UPDATE: I had to change this rating to a 1. One of my bridesmaid informed me that when she bought her dress not only was she charged twice which messed up her account. But the consultant who checked her out gave her MY DRESS INFO, SIZE, PRICE, STYLE , EVERYTHING on her receipt. Total breach of privacy. This is the worst experience for my entire wedding party. I was there yesterday with my future daughter in law and it was not the best experience. We had to wait a half hour past her appointment time to be helped. The bridal consultant was very rude to the mothers present. They also stuck the bride to be in a dressing room in the back hallway instead of the full mirrors in the front dressing rooms.
