Today I went in to buy a dress for a military ball that is coming up. I happened to bring with me another girlfriend who was also looking, her boyfriend and my husband. Upon entering, we were greeted and were promptly given a changing room and started looking for dresses. Rushed my sister and was rude. Didnt listen to what she was looking for.
I went in when today at 12pm when they opened to try a bridesmaid dress. I had the dress I needed, just wanted to make sure my size was still the same. When I asked for a dressing room they told me it would be 30 minutes. There weren’t a lot of people in there and they were telling everyone that. Why? 3 employees were standing at the register chatting. Then multiple others just walking around, some getting ready to help the others that were there. I went into David’s Bridal today for my appointment at 11 with my bridesmaids. They told me at the welcome desk that my appointment was actually at 12:30, I then explained to the David’s Bridal rep that I am in the military and I made my appointment at 11 because that was the only time that would work for me. I came all the way from Missouri to do this with my bridesmaids. i have been in the store three times and even though the gals were crazy busy, they still took time to help me try on mother of the groom dresses, match up colors for my daughters bridesmaid dress and make sure the order would arrive in time even though we are crunched for time. A big thank you to them!
Horrible experience! From the moment we walked in the door the staff was very unwelcoming & rude. The girl at the front desk had attitude on the phone & in person. Made you feel like you were an inconvenience though we had an appointment. She had called a stylist to come up to start our appointment but declined because she was leaving at 6 (it's was 4:40) & was tired, hungry & her feet hurt & still hasn't had a break.
