I was so excited about going dress shopping. Until I got there and it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience for me and my step daughter. People who work on commission shouldn't be rude �

This is the worst store ever with a rude consultant. My two daughters and I went to this store to look at some wedding gowns. Upon entering we were ask if we had an appointment and we replied no. We waned to look at some gowns. So we were told that we would need to sign the book in which my daughter did and she was pointed in the direction of the bridal gowns. Well my daughter found a dress she wanted to try on. The rude consultant came running across the floor and SNATCHED the gown out of my daughter hands( very rude and ... read more
I was the only customer with my girls (4 plus my mom) and they knew that prior to my appointment and I only got two change rooms. Literally all of them are empty but it’s a hassle to them. Not allowed to extend time or even book a longer appointment. We are not valued customers. Do not bother they are not cheaper than other stores like Gemini bridal close by.

I attending a Bridal show this past weekend and made an appointment to go try on dresses at David's Bridal while I was there. My soon to be sister in law did the same. She ended up wanting to go try on dresses last night instead of the day we both originally scheduled appointments for a week from now. She called to see if she could come yesterday instead of when she made her appointment and they told her that was fine, she didn't need to make a new appointment- just to come in that evening.
