Our appointment at David's bridal in Danbury on Sunday, January 28 at 11 AM looking for three bridesmaids dresses was wonderful Robin was our attendant and she did a fabulous job helping me helping me deal with two teenagers. She helped us find the perfect dresses and the perfect color for the three of them thank you so much for a wonderful experience

Went looking for my dress yesterday and received the worst service from a sales person that just seemed miserable to be there. Saw some styles I liked but will not be returning with that associate.

The store was overcrowded, and we were rushed to a dressing room that had been overbooked even though we had a appointment over a week ago. The bathrooms were disgusting, the other bridal parties were rude and nothing was done about it, we were not impressed. The dress was lovely, but the enxterience was nothing short of stressful.

They only had two dresses in the style I wanted for my wedding. I was very disappointed with that. Also the lady that helped me was very pushy and trying to lean me towards dresses I did not like or want. Was not worth my time and I will not go back there again. Also I looked online prior to going to my scheduled appointment, and I found a dress that I wanted to try on. I let my stylist know and I showed her the picture from off THEIR website (David’s bridal). She told me that they didn’t have the dress. That it was sold and... read more

I thought this was going to be an enjoyable time with my girls and it was far from that! When we arrived we told we had to wait to check in because we were a little early to come back. Once we finally got a stylist she was far from helpful didn’t really know much and couldn’t answer our questions. Which isn’t her fault it’s managements if she is new she should not have been left alone. Our chairs got taken from us so everyone had to stand for over an hour. Our consultant was doubled booked so we stood around most of the time waiting. The place was so crowded that when we finally did get a dress we had to dodge the people walking in front of us to see. Very limited selection for plus size brides and bridesmaids. When the consultant found out none of us were purchasing a dress that day you could have considered the appointment over! The consultant took off to go work with other people. We showed ourselves out!

Showed up for my appointment, walked in and it was so hot in there because their air quit working! THEY WAY OVER BOOKED THEMSELVES FOR 11AM AND THEY DON'T HAVE THE ROOM FOR THAT!!! Checked in for my bridesmaids dresses appointment, wasn't in the system. Super annoyed already since I had confirmed my appointment the day before!!! Had a specific fabric I wanted my girls in, the first one we were shown was NOT the material another girl had shown me 2 weeks prior when I went it to see what all they had. The store was way overbooked ! All of the girls in the bridesmaids party had their fitting in a back corner and in the hallway by the bathrooms! It was as not a good experience for the bride or anyone else in her party! 🙁
