Horrible experience! I had an appotintment for a bridesmaids dress and was not helped at all. I was given a dress and was only helped once. I was definitely not treated like a valued customer. I ended up going to the Southside location instead because no one seemed like they wanted to help me at this location. It was more of a hassle than anything. Very disappointed...

whatever you do DO NOT buy your wedding dress at DAVIDS BRIDAL they are scam artist! They sold me a stained dress and when I mentioned something to them about it they told me not to worry it would get taken care of during alterations I was still very upset and they told me it would be cleaned for free! Now they are refusing to clean my dress and stating sense I won’t get it altered they won’t clean it!! Never again will I recommend anyone one to them!!! They are the worst and have terrible customer service End rant
Before I get into this, I want to make it known that this complaint is not about David's Bridal as a whole, only one specific location. I bought my wedding dress from the Altamonte Mall location and fell in love immediately. I also got another dress for my reception from the same location and love it just as much. Ladies, this is just a heads up from a former customer of David’s Bridal. Please under no circumstances have their alterations dept. do the work. First of all they overcharge for the work and second they ruined my dress. 8 weeks before my wedding I found the perfect dress, had alterations do a few adjustments and it never looked the same. WORST PLACE EVER, DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am the Maid of Honor for my Sister's wedding and am less than impressed. We made an appointment for the Mother of the Bride to try on dresses and for my Niece to try on Flower Girl dresses. In the end everything worked out wonderfully and the bride did well and her consultant helped out very well. BUT the appts were scheduled too close together, a 130 appt called at 150. Yes only 20 min behind however would have been fine if David’s had a back up plan. Like “you consultant isn’t ready yet her is a clipboard pls write the style numbers and sizes you like”. I went in there with my daughter to look for a prom dress. Very organized & professional. The staff was very accommodating & helped us through out the entire process. A lady named Dee helped us & she was great! We will definitely be going back!!
