I very rarely leave negative feedback, but I am so very disappointed in my experience at this store today. I called to schedule an accessory appointment. When I arrived at the store, I was told to wait for a stylist. She was doing a bridal dress appointment and was doing a great job with the bride. I waited 35 minutes with no acknowledgment. Went in for a prom dress for my daughter. I had made an appointment previously. They were very busy but our associate did her best to help us in a timely manner even though she had several other groups to help at the same time, including a bridal party. I know that the store is primarily a bridal store and that is their focus. It might be a good idea to book an associate just with those looking for prom dresses and another associate to handle only weddings. It would have been nice to have had more attention.

The saleswoman (I believe her name was Elise but I am not positive, she was difficult to understand) who came to help me and my bridesmaids look at bridesmaid dresses, asked me what I was interested in. I told her I wanted something different, not plain, had some bling and lace or something similar. My first visit was awesome. The consultant (Aubrey) that helped me made me feel comfortable. She pulled different dress that looked great on me. I went back to David’s bridal the following week and I was placed with a different she didn’t help me. She kept walking away and talking to other people. Not same sex friendly. David's bridal needs to accept the fact not everyone is the majority, as in female and male couples. They sell some products sold as a set, tailored specifically with the labels "bride" & "groom". When asked if I could purchase a set with a "groom" & "groom", they simply refused... even though it was a simple fix (See photo in comment). Maybe try to be inclusive of everyone? It's appalling that in 2018 a company will turn away a customer based on sexual orientation.

I was there for my girlfriend (the bride) trying on bridesmaid dresses. Firstly, 1 dressing room for 8 girls is absolutely ridiculous. 2nd the young lady helping us was extremely awkward and didn’t seem confident in some of the things we needed. I understand it’s a Saturday morning which is extremely busy but be more accommodating. None of us ended up ordering our dresses. We were so disappointed.

Where do I even begin...... So I show up there and I have an appointment for myself the bride & then immediately after an appointment for my bridesmaids . So I try on a few dresses and find "the one" of course the dress is too large so I am "clipped" into the dress.
