When the manager of a store asks you if it’s a big deal if it’s the same color junior bridesmaids dress as the other one after you explicitly checked to see if the first one came in the same color it’s completely rude and unprofessional. I don’t like being treated like I was a hassle for this company not keeping their products in stock or updating their customers with an open account if something may start going out of stock. Very disappointed with our experience there today, there were 8 of us trying on bridesmaid dresses and we were jammed in a corner with 3 fitting rooms. The staff made it seem like we were in the way. We had an appointment so why not have enough room for us? The person that helped us didn't really seem to know how to help us, we showed her pictures of what we were looking for and came back with something that didn't even at all look like then at all. We arrived on time. I am getting married in April. It was a last minute to have a wedding so yes I know I was pressed for time. The lady was nice...at first. From the get go it was "you need to find a dress today for your bridesmaids and order TODAY". After trying on the dresses I picked they didn't fit well on the girls. Nice staff but my assistant was working with three different customers simultaneously. Didn't make me feel like my patronization was appreciated. The store didn't have my designated bridesmaid's dress in stock for me to try on prior to ordering. Then they offered a discounted alteration package but the offer is only good for seven days. The dress doesn't come for three months. Only patronizing David's for the bride. Wouldn't use them again.

Terrible I went elsewhere...they charge way to much for the simple things and throw your budget out the window. The girl Haley absolutely knows nothing of customer service, I didn’t want to be a Greek goddess...puke but I found my beautiful gown at Monique’s!!!! 100% way better customer service!

Horrible customer service during bridesmaid dress appt. My bridesmaid was given a room to try on the dresses and we were never checked up on until we were already done and ready to leave. I had a few questions about the dresses while she was changing but I could never find the employee assigned to us. Needless to say we didn’t get a bridesmaid dress..

I am absolutely appalled with my experience at the OKC David's Bridal. When my friend and I first booked an appointment with this store to get our bridesmaid dresses, we didn't have very good service. The consultant did not help pick out dresses at all and essentially only provided us with a fitting room. In my opinion, it was a waste of a scheduled appointment. I would give no stars if that was an option. I just left davids bridal in greenwood in. My sister wanted to tey on wedding dresses and the party bridesmaid dresses. They were rude the moment we walked in the door. Very unfriendly, and unprofessional. We were told you had to have an appointment and there were no stylists.
