We went on Saturday which was probably a bad day to go. It was so crowded that they were late with our appt. And the HELP was so overworked she couldn't stay around and HELP my daughter with the dresses. Maybe a different day it might have been better..
The place was packed and our poor girl that was helping us was double booked with us and another person. We basically did everything ourselves without her. But Aimee was very good and sweet though!
What a joke!! I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them!
Pretty disappointed at how overbooked they were. Felt like the staff pretty much ignored us when we walked in for our appointment for bridesmaid dresses. There were other parties using the same dressing rooms and viewing area, which definitely took away any fun or personal touch. I was not impressed by any part of this appointment. We finally found a dress and left. Felt like we missed what could have been a fun day and a chance for the bridesmaids to get to know each other.
David’s bridal in Henrietta is AWFUL. The customer service is horrible. The consultants and managers are rude and unfriendly. I have had bad luck with them on multiple occasions and this is the last straw. I will be calling headquarters about our issue we had today as soon as they are open. The Henrietta store should be shut down.
Overcrowded. No space to try on dresses. Small fitting rooms, no mirrors in fitting rooms. Bride to be did not feel special at all.
As a first time bride shopping this store hasn’t fulfilled the bridal experience. I went in this store 11/17 for my bridal appointment stylist “Bannie” assisted me until i told her i wasn’t able to purchase that day. Everything after that was a Negative I’m assuming in order to get me to purchase that day. I know from past experience when bridal shopping in davids bridal that my dress may take some weeks but alterations DOSENT take 3-4 months. RecommendedThe first time I walked into the store I wasn't greeted at all. I walked up to the counter and the two ladies at the desk were extremely rude. I was told since I didn't have an appointment someone would be with me as soon as they could. So Ms. Irene came to help me and she was extremely polite. When i was leaving out I was told to make an appointment so that everything could be saved to my profile, which I did.
