Had made an appointment thankfully as we live out of town. It was very busy when we arrived which did not bug me. However our stylist kept disappearing to talk to others and wasn't helping. She finally came back 10 minutes later to help us check out. Could have been worse, could have been better.
This appointment was so special!!! Kelli was a doll and took care of my daughter perfectly! Thank u all

Was here with my best friend to find her perfect wedding dress. She made an appointment and they didn’t even know she had it. We had to wait, it was way overbooked. Everything was poorly done. No one wanted to listen to her or what she wanted. Also, options were very limited. We will definitely be finding her perfect dress somewhere else.
I had an appointment and they didn’t have anyone available for me when I got there, when someone finally worked with me, they didn’t seem to care at all when I tried to tell them what style of dress I was looking for. I simply didn’t feel welcome or cared about at all. Also, not a great selection, all of their dresses are very cookie cutter and nothing about the experience got me excited about my wedding.
You guys scheduled an appointment for my friend TODAY on the 13th and didn't bother calling her to say you were closed. I get that the weather was bad but you could have at least sent some sort of notification to inform her. Your page even says you're open.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been in several times over the past 2 or so years and every time they have ‘accidentally’ over booked. We shared our consultant, we had to try our own dresses and wouldn’t let us set up a dress and bridesmaid dresses the same day. we were rushed and the front desk people were unorganized and very rude.

My daughter and her friend went there last night to look for prom dresses and were treated very rudely and were basically asked to leave! A saleswoman was helping them for a little bit. The saleswoman told them to look at the bright colored wedding dresses that were on clearance in the back. The dress I ordered is gorgeous, but costumer service majorly sucks. We ordered the dress December 17, 2017. I got the email the 22nd, saying to pick it up within the next 7 days. Went in the 27th. They start out saying it's already been picked up, when it hasn't. Then they change the story saying it's been shipped and I'll get it in 2-3 days, and give me a tracking #.
