The ladies in the front were super nice, but my consultant did not seem very interested in me at all. It took her about 15 minutes to come out after my appointment started. In fact, she spent more time helping a bridesmaid next door than she did with me to the point where other consultants helped zip up the dresses and talked to me more about what I liked and didn't like. Found the wedding dress of my dreams here. However, I was pushed not once but TWICE into getting a bustier that was too big and then one that was too small. I told them what size I needed and even tried on the right size but was told that I needed a different size. Even though the one I had one fit perfectly. Finally ended up buying one that fit somewhere else since this store kept telling me I wasn't correct and actually needed a different size.

OMG!! I had a melt down this morning after realizing my bridesmaids from 4 different corners of the world had mismatching dresses. The chosen color only cuts-to-order...Which translates to 'i'm outta time and sh** outta luck'. Our visit for prom dress shopping today was successful and my daughter got a lovely dress at a good price. My issue was the sales person!! I went out of the way to call ahead and make an appointment. That was a complete waste of time!!!!! The woman they assigned to us was incompetent! She didn't stay with us. She didn't know where anything was. I didn't buy my dress here because the flow of how they run things is very unorganized. I did buy bridesmaid dresses here simply because it was convenient. They come in quickly, but the material is horrible. They ladies working the front desk were rude when my sister and I came in just to see if they had a dress in stock to have my girls try on in our appointment the next week.
