I went in on a Tuesday morning with two of my bridesmaids to try on and order there dress, and boy they were SOOO disorganized ! Granted I did not make an appointment, but there was only one other bride shopping and about 7 employees, it looked like all but one of them were New because no one knew what was going on. Just so disorganized, what should've taken 15-20min took double the time. We were had a few girls trying to help but no one knew what they were doing. It was very frustrating

I wanted to look at bridesmaid dress colors the other night. The lady at the front was rude and looked like she hated every second of being at work. Extremely short with me and pointed me to another employee for help who was busy helping someone. I will not being going back to David's Bridal, there are bridal shop other option!

Extremely disappointed with the 3 employees that did NOT offer to help us. There was 2 other customers also not being helped. The employees were standing at the desk talking amongst each other. I hope this is not a commission based business. This is no way to run a business.

Sarah E was just wonderful at the Robinson Davids Bridal. My daughter was able to say yes to the dress thanks to Sarah and her expertise. The whole experience was wonderful. �

The most horrible place to work and most disgusted by their protocol on Patriots' Day in Boston where they had us calling brides who could not make it in. What a bunch of pricks

I did get my gown from David's Bridal and waiting for it to come in. I made another appointment on a Thursday evening to look at Bridesmaids dresses and there was several associates working that night but only one taking care of everyone on the floor. I was told we would have a room with my name on it and when I went to find the room there was not one and could not find the girl that was supposed to help us. Went into the store knowing exactly what shoe I wanted off the website. We went to the shoe section (which was completely disorganized) and found the perfect shoe. Come to find out, they only had 1 shoe itself in my size and the other one was no where to be found. I walked in the store thinking they knew what they were doing, but I was completely wrong! Ended up having to buy 2 pairs of shoes in the same design. Never going there again. Sales tip: check the shoe box to make sure it is the right shoe and size in there.

This is the most unprofessional business I know and I will never spend a dime in their stores again. The District mgr will not return calls I have been trying to reach management for four months unsuccessful

I have been here at least 3 times for different things. I did not get my wedding dress here, but got a bridesmaid dress, rehearsal dinner dress and some other items. The service is consistently not great. I thought once was a fluke, but it seems to be the same every time. If you don't have an appointment even to just look around to see if they have what you want at all they immediately get defensive and annoyed. Very frustrating!
