Ruined my daughter's wedding and had a tough shit attitude...Do not give these people your money, shop elsewhere so you won't have to worry about unexpected charges and blown-out dresses...terrible business, awful customer service, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very disappointed in the customer service... we went in the store feeling really great, having had our bride just say yes to her dress. We were planning on picking out dresses... she signed in and was pretty much pushed to the side. So we went to loom at dresses and had a few to try on. We were then approached and scolded for taking dresses off the rack, and instructed not to take anymore. I paid $125 for alterations and my bridesmaids dress was busting from the seams 1 hour into the wedding. The staff is not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this location.
When I first got my dress, I loved it there. Alterations were my nightmare. I waited almost two hours to be seen. Then when I went to pick it up, there was a hole in my dress that they blamed me for, my train was not hemmed correctly, and I was missing over a dozen rhinestones. We had to keep the dress there another week to get fixed. Alterations were not cheap and they wouldn't accommodate for their mistakes. The sales lady was not very friendly matter fact she was rude. Went to this location to get an idea of the dress I would wear on my big day. I told her my budget she brings me dress at the very top of my budget. She didn't listen to me about my style or anything. Luckily she heard me say that I was purchasing a second dress for my reception. After that she brought the best dress for me. She seemed disappointed that I instantly loved it and purchased. Mariym did a FANTASTIC job helping my best friend find her perfect dress...however...the girl at the hostess desk , Amanda, offered poor customer service and that's the first experience you have with their store upon walking in. When you picture yourself saying yes to the dress you have a beautiful picture in your mind of being surrounded by family standing upon the pedestal hearing oohs and awes. Horrible customer service! My bridal party bought all our dresses here, and one had to have hers special ordered which costed her a extra 75 dollars and 2 months to come in. When it came in it didn't fit at all. We went for our fitting on Thursday and the German lady was very rude. Told my bridesmaid it would cost a additional 100 to fix it. So incredibly rude when we walked in. I get we look 15, but we were going to buy 5 bridesmaid dresses from them. The woman at the front who was suppose to be friendly and greet us, laughed at us when we arrived barely 5 minutes late.
