I waited about 15 minutes, despite having an appointment. The sales lady told me she'd give me a size 4 in the bridesmaid dress I was buying after I told her I was a size 0 (I weigh 100 lbs. soaking wet) because, and I quote,"most people flatter themselves by saying they're a 0 or a 2 when they're really a 4." (I bought the 0 and had it altered to make it even smaller.) These jobs can be stressful, which I can appreciate; however, that was simply thoughtless and hurtful.
Bought my bridesmaid dress in March 2016 and had an appointment, they were shorted staffed and really spent more time in the store than I wanted. Then in May ordered the Kelsey shoe dyed apple red, took 1 visit and 4 phone calls to get any results about where it was coming from. Then today appointment and back for fitting of said bridesmaid gown, again they had too many booked and understaffed 1 1/2 hours past appointment finally finished and then the staggering alteration cost! Would not recommend this store again!
Alterations were complete 3 days before wedding. Took us all day to get them right. Overpriced waste of time and money
So the Mexican blonde-haired manager was so pushy and fake. Our appointment was okay at first but.... The associate completely left us! The bride was there in the fitting rooms and the maid of honour and I had to help her. The associate with an accent, bun, and sort of curvy (Adriana, I think...) completely took off to help someone who was taking so long. Our appointment was not so much of an appointment. Too department-store-ish. No love in that store. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Pésimo servicio al cliente, me atendieron como una hora después de mi cita el vestido de novia me lo dieron en una vil bolsa no les alcanza a comprar cajas para dar los vestidos me dan el ejores bolsas en otras tiendas, servicio de lo mas horrible no me pudieron poner en un vestidor decente para poder probarme los vestidos como si estuvieran tan baratos, me hicieron sentir como si les estuviera podiendo regalado el vestido.:(
I was told to order a certain size. I ordered a size up just in case. The size up one barely fits. I have actually lost weight and not gained, so that is not an issue. I live over an hour away and the dress itself is not in stock in store. The merchandise credit is only what they'd give me doesn't work for online purchases to overnight it. When I chose my wedding dress I did receive good service by my sales assistant, however every other encounter was disappointing. My bridesmaids felt the same. Staff seemed short and often filled with more attitude. The manager was not helpful! I spent $1600 for my wedding gown and had to argue for a $20 discount on a bridesmaids dress, that does come with your wedding gown purchase.
