Worst customer service ever. I've been calling all morning and no one has answered the phone.
They are horrible. Decent dresses with horrible customer service. We were there for over 2 hours and I only tried on one dress b/c my "stylist" was awful. In the 2 hours I was there I saw here for about 20 minutes. Ridiculous. I do love the dress I tried on but I won't spend my money in a place like that.
They told my daughter one of the brides maid dresses was lost, found it a day later. The Store manager, Kate, is not professional at all. I wouldn't refer anyone to this store
I have NEVER had such a pathetic experience in my life. I went to the store to look at samples of invitations I planned on buying and when I asked one of the women who worked there she said uh, I don't even know what you're talking about. I then pointed at the invitation book and she said oh, ok knock yourself out and walked away. After looking through the ragged book and not finding the invitation there was no one available to help us find out if there were any other books. I went there Tuesday with my bff and 4 of her bridesmaids. Service Sucked will never go back or recommend anyone go there.. We went to Alfred Angelos and had no appt and had An AMAZING Experience!!! 10 Stars to them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Maybe u should go there and see how ur supposed to treat ur customers !!!
The consultant we had was pulling dresses that were similar to ones I said I hated. She didn't seem like she was all there. She was running back and forth between me and another party. So when one of the store managers stepped in and pulled some dresses with my mom, I found my dress, it's perfect. But when it came down to getting my bridesmaids dresses, absolutely terrible. Friend of mine went down yesterday. Disrespectful service from beginning to end of appointment. No help what so ever trying wedding gowns. There were other clients. However, she had a appointment, yet no personal guidance with getting gown on and off. Your business lost the sale of 6 dresses. Your store was the first choice. The bridal party's needs were considered and cared for right across the street and within 2 hours 5 dresses were ordered and the Bride's gown was cash and carry.
