Terrible customer service, the associates were very rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
I did wind up finding my dress here, but I'm not thrilled about the service that I received. My consultant disappeared a lot, had an extreme amount of clevage, and was swearing up a storm. I also wanted to try on ball gowns but made the mistake of telling her that I had a ball gown from a previous engagement that I never even wore. She told me that was bad luck and would not find me any dresses in that style. I did wind up finding one that I liked, and she did pick it out for me, but that's about it. I picked dresses I loved for my bridesmaids. The bridesmaids were measured and I paid in full for the dress as I was told they were special order. Upon picking up the dresses they tried on their dresses and the dresses were too small. Initially, before ordering, when my bridesmaid tried it on at the store she couldn't get the dress zipped up (it was a size ten) and yet the sales person measured her and said she was an 8. Worst experience ever. If I actually had found a dress I loved, I would have turned it down due to the awful service. I would never recommend a future bride go to David's. It really dampened the whole wedding dress shopping experience.
Horrible horrible service from our consultant Ali! Went there to find a bridesmaid dress, only tried on 2 and we were the for 2.5 hrs! Our consultant Ali was never around, she was not there to help clip our dresses or to get us other dresses. We asked for a dress in the color in the wedding and she never got us a dress only showed us the color from afar and we ask her 4 times for a dress in that color. She also didnt know the name of the bride, her wedding date or the color of the dress... And it is written on a sheet!!! Ser... read more

Whatever you do, do not make an appointment with Barbie. She is horrible. She ignored me for most of my appointment, my friends and family had to find dresses and help me get into them. Thankfully, I was able to get my dress. However, when all the pieces came in, I found out that she never ordered my sash that she was supposed to. She is extremely unprofessional and needs to be let go.
