I came in today hoping to find my wedding dress when the only thing I found was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional people. The consultant that was "helping" me told me to pick out some styles and she would bring them back, waited almost 20 minutes for her to bring them back and had to send her back several times for one specific dress. Awful! DO NOT GOT THERE! If I could give this place a zero star I would! I had nothing but issues with these people and they don't care or do anything to fix it! First off, I made the mistake of ordering my wedding dress and corset bra here. The dress is absolutely gorgeous but that's the only good thing about my experience. The corset I got was a FEW sizes too small. I know they're not supposed to go on easy but there was 6 inches between the sides. I had the absolute worst experience in my life at this location. The service was horrible and the consultant was terrible with me. I am a larger woman and she made me feel terrible about my size and not properly fitting into the dresses. I will never use this location for any of bridal needs and I will never suggest this place for anyone.
This place is horrible. DO NOT GO THERE. They do not care about you unless you are buying your wedding dress. Made an appointment and went there with my maid of honor and literally did ALL THE WORK. I went and picked out the dresses, in my color, and in her size. Then stood around waiting for my consultant (Andrea) to come back. 10 minutes later, nothing. Went and had her paged, still nothing. Sales staff were very rude to my wife and daughter
If I could give this place a big fat zero of a star I would. My bridesmaid called a few weeks ago and asked if they had a specific dress in stock and in the color I wanted before scheduling an appointment for us. She was talked to very rudely on the phone and then hung up on. She then called back to ask about the dress again and was told they had it in stock and in the color we needed. After trying to explain to my consultant what I was looking for (since you aren't allowed to pull some of your own dresses to try on) they shove you in a standard sized dressing room you would see at a department store but without the mirror. My consultant was very nice but wasn't getting what I was telling her I wanted. One of the managers (who was also friendly) finally pulled a dress I really liked. Absolutely horrible experience 2 times now. Last year and yet again, today. Bride made an appointment for 7 of us to try on and check out 3 different dresses she had picked out ahead of time and informed them of it. We get there to have them make us wait for 10 minutes, we are only allowed 1 dressing room to change in, the girl helping us kept rolling her eyes at us whenever we asked her for a different size.
