I think it is ridiculous when you buy a wedding dress and they try sell you a garment bag!! You can buy a suit at JC Penny's and they will give you a garment bag. Not very impressed.

Biggest rip off ever!!!! Never ever shop here!!!!! They will sell you a dress which is way too big and then charge you more than you paid for the dress in alterations. Eventually this company wide practice will catch up with this company!!!
No military discounts :-( and very very choices in plus sizes :-(
Won't give any stars just hope people see this and shop elsewhere!! Our dress never made it in time for the wedding! And all we got was who cares attitudes when calling to find out where it was. Started off with they ordered the wrong dress and it just kept going downhill from there. Run from this place unless you want the extra stress
This place is horrible. They do not do things they are paid to do. They are rude. They embarrassed my daughter made her cry. We have to take her dress somewhere else to have the work done that they were paid to do.
If they had a minus stars that's what I would give you. Never was called to let me know that my dress was "IN". Over 17 days that dress sat in the store and no one called. Today is the 17th of August and I was finally told my dress was in.The girl on the phone said" We do not call more because the customer doesn't like it" WTHeck I was never called to begin with. SO livid I could just scream. Iwill never use your store ever, have such a bad taste in my mouth. LIVID!
