Terrible customer service. I was neglected by 3 different representatives on 3 separate occasions. I was never asked if I needed help, I had to ask for help. Then I had to wait over 20 minutes for the actual help to take place. I regret selecting my bridesmaids dresses from this store. Not because of the quality but because of the poor customer service.
Horrible experience with David bridal. They mess up my order now I 'm paying for the mistake they made. I need help me Howard or something.

Hello my daughter age 20 & niece age 19 visited Davids Bridal in Columbus Ohio today Sept 7 2014. She has plans to get married and was wanting to try on gowns. Her experience in your store was less than desirable as she states the staff there were rude & not willing to help her. It is possible that they thought she was too young as she could pass for a 12 year old. The worst seamstress in town...
I went for a fitting the dress came back too small in the top and they had the audacity to want to try to charge me $160 for $140 dress. to top it off the girl who did the fittings had the nerve to say you must have been eating a lot of potato chips???? I am going to contact corporate. They can have this dress back, the wedding is in 3 weeks
Waited.on hold for 20 mins just to see if my shoes where in. Waited again just to pick them up.
