DO NOT BUY YOUR DRESS IN STORE! Go in, try on dresses, find the one you like and then leave! Order the dress online! I went in there with a few other bridesmaids. The dress I wanted that I found online was discontinued so I had to look for something else. The salesperson found a dress similar that I was in love with but didn't come in the color I needed. Shame on you David’s Bridal!!! Not only will I NEVER recommend your store, I will actively tell brides not to patronize ANY David’s Bridal stores and/or products! My daughter is getting married April 2019. We have a large bridal party. Some of the young ladies reside out of town. We picked a dress months ago. Purely by accident, we find out that the dress we ordered months ago is no longer in production and the sizes may not be available. No warning. No call! David’s Bridal is horrible first of all you pay for a dress in April and you don’t get your Dress until August and to top it off you don’t get your dress until 2 weeks before the wedding then they tell you if you need alterations it will be an additional $69 and for a rush it will be another additional $25 all that for a dress you paid $189 that they turn around and put the same dress different color on sale for $89 but don’t wanna compensate you for the price never will I EVER COME BACK HERE FOR ANOTHER DRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!
We went to pick out bridesmaid dresses for my wedding, and I was a little nervous because I’ve heard mixed reviews about David’s Bridal. Tiffany was our consultant and she was amazing! She was so fun and patient and we had a great time . The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with is there weren’t any chairs or anything set up for us. There was a bride trying on dresses on the little stage area and it kinda felt like we were intruding on her appointment . But the service we got from Tiffany made it totally worthwhile 😊
Michelle was a lifesaver and Brenna as well. Michelle helped me find 5 dresses to buy off the rack and was very helpful as I was in a last minute jam. I can't thank you enough.
I went here with my mom to pick out her dress and this location is great! They are so friendly, especially Amber! She’s so sweet and helpful! Jill is also super helpful and kind! They all care so much and it’s great!!
Awesome experience. Josephine was amazing. She knew what style, look and coloring would work the best. She made this a very happy enjoyable experience.
It sucks and sells dirty dresses unless you pay in full, so why offer layaway? I don’t understand that concept. You have to pay in full for a clean dress but you can take advantage of their 60 day layaway and receive a dirty dress. The front door lady, a short older white lady is the rudest person I’ve ever seen. The manager and Tamera were very nice they are not responsible for the policies of the store. Every bride should get a brand new dress not a dress everyone tried on.
