Carlene was spectacular. She did a great job finding styles that matched what I was looking for, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was tentative and fun even on a busy Saturday afternoon. I recommend her to anyone and would go back to work with her again.

Comfortable feeling
I thought the girl I worked with was great! I didn't like that my appointment time was shared with another bride. I spent a lot of time standing around waiting for her to get back to me. My appointment was at 10:30, by the time someone got to me it was after 11, my appointment was over at 11. I got to try on 4 dresses-certainly not enough time to find "THE DRESS"! I was happy with my stylist not happy with the scheduling and amount of time my stylist got to spend with me.
It was a nice quiet weekday night. Plenty of space. The dresses we were looking for were in Stock and in size needed. The attended did not help with trying on the dress/clipping the back which was different than other experiences there. Ended up purchasing needed dress.
Ashley did a great job at helping us find bridesmaid dresses that worked for what we were looking for and also helped give great advice for our complicated situation with dresses and pant suits for 6 bridesmaids! Grateful for Ashley's help, she will be remembered!
Wonderful. Nicole was amazing. She helped me narrow down what I really did like from what I thought I would like and find the dress. Only complaint is with the store opening at 10:30, a 10:30 appointment really doesn't get started for a good 15-20 minutes. (You can't arrive early to get signed in.) I felt my time was a little shorter because of that. Everything else was great!
Wonderful experience, I loved the lady that helped me say "yes to the dress"!
