I came in to try on cage veils, but only one was available in store. I was told I could look online, which I already had. Not helpful when the whole point of going to the store was to see what they look like on. Disappointed.
Toni was a delight to work with. She pulled such a perfect dress for me. She really listened to me and made the whole process incredibly comfortable and fun! I couldn't have imagined a better experience.
I didn't find the dress with you but Jamie was amazing. She worked so hard at trying to find us a dress and made the experience such a pleasure.
My assistant Ashley was AMAZING! She was so down to earth and spoke to me like we were old friends. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She was very efficient with the time we had and managed to find my dream dress! We also found all of the bridesmaids dresses as well! It was a great experience!
I felt not welcome in the store as soon as I walked in the lady at the desk made it out like I wasn't able to look around the store in my own because they were busy today. Then I went to try on dresses and I got a nasty attitude when I went to try on dresses. Will not recommend to friends and family.

Nicole did a fabulous job helping me find a gown for my event! I loved how attentive the staff were. They made me feel welcome.
It was a busy day and had little plus size dresses in my price range
Ashley was very helpful and curtious to my moms and my needs. She made me feel comfortable. Ashley kept me informed if she needed to assist another appointment and how long she'd be. If too long then the manager stepped in. I bought my dress, 1st one tried on after 6. Great job.
