Did good. Except I couldn't put a clearance dress on layaway. Bummed about that
I went to pick out a dress for my son's wedding and had looked at some of your dresses on line. Although I did eventually find a dress I was really disappointed in the selection. The store had none of the dresses I seen on line and the choices in grey/silver were very few. Since all sales are final I didn't want to order of line and get stuck with a dress I either didn't like or didn't fit.
The selection was wonderful as was the service. My only disappointment was it seemed my stylist was double booked so she was pulled away a lot
Was a quick easy process to find the dress I love!
My associate handled my walk-in (with children in tow) efficiently and with the exact level of help I required while balancing another customer. She was great
I felt very comfortable

I recently purchased a dress for my 11 yr. Old stepdaughter and ended up buying the wrong one. I went back into the store the next day with my head hanging low and scared i would have to shell out another $100... I talked to the associate and told her my story and she didn't bat an eyelash and told me she would do a return/ exchange for a new dress! She was so kind and understanding and so helpful. It was ok. I wasn't exactly able to purchase the dress but the experience was good. Dress was more than I had bargained for
