I went to the store several times never got greeted by the young lady at the desk after 45 mins I walked up in asked for assistance she gave me paper work to fill out but never put it in so when my bridal party would go in for fitting they would always have problems but I wanted this dress for them and couldn't find it nowhere else because the service is bad at that store.

Ms. Irene is awesome and the reason I came back. Everything that was my first choice was discontinued but Ms. Irene made sure I still left a happy bride!! Gotta love that lady!!

My visit took place on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. I entered the store and was greeted by two young ladies seated directly at the front. One of the young women asked, what the occasion was which brought me into the store. I explained that it was my daughter's winter formal. Got there on time. All my girls were there. All looking to buy bridesmaid dresses the same day! My girls picked out there styles, tried on, lady came over to get the numbers of the dress we wanted. Considering she was no where to be found the whole time. Came back to tell us it will take 20 weeks on every dress.... well I said no worries girls, we will try on one style we all agree on that won't take that long. The staff was great but the dresses arent what i thought they would be. Didnt like them at all.

My stylist was very pleasant and helpful in selecting a special occasion dress on very short notice. The only thing that could have made the appointment better would have been if the store had had more sizes available - many sizes were out of stock and I ended up having to buy my dress a size too big.
